ALLWEB · AUCTIONSYN

Terms of use

The service

Allweb provides AuctionSyn to help vehicle dealerships import authorized DMS and auction inventory, download and prepare vehicle photos, create content, manage customers and schedule social media publishing. This includes automatic inventory refresh and posting-queue features where enabled. Contact support@auctionsyn.com for service questions and integrations@auctionsyn.com for feed setup.

DMS connections and export authorization

You must be authorized to act for the dealership and arrange any required DMS provider or feed-recipient approval before enabling imports. Supply the correct dealer identifier, an agreed export format, a reference to your export and photo-use authorization, approved photo hosts and dedicated delivery access. A provider profile in AuctionSyn does not establish a partnership, certification, API entitlement or permission to extract data from that provider. Connection availability, delivery method, cadence and setup depend on the provider and a successful test. Revoke or update the connection if your authority or photo rights expire.

Automatic imports and inventory accuracy

Enabled connections receive or retrieve recurring inventory files and create or update vehicle records and photos. You are responsible for the exported dealer, vehicle identities, currency, mileage units, price, availability, descriptions and photo rights. Refresh intervals do not make the source provider send newer data. Failed, stale or incomplete deliveries can delay or hold publishing. Configure complete-inventory and partial-update feeds correctly: a vehicle missing from a complete snapshot may be treated as withdrawn, while omission from a partial feed does not establish that it was sold. AuctionSyn’s inventory imports do not update your source DMS or prove vehicle ownership or condition.

YouTube and marketplaces

The optional YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to YouTube’s Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Uploads depend on Google authorization, API availability, quota and project approval; an uploaded private video is not a public advertisement. Marketplace packages support manual publication unless a separately approved provider integration is explicitly available. Exporting a package, saving a URL or archiving a local record does not publish, verify or remove external listings. Advertise only vehicles you own or are authorized to advertise, and review the asking price, current location, vehicle facts and permitted use of photos.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure. Connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect Instagram through AuctionSyn’s account connection page.

Campaign preparation and partner media access

Campaign creative packs, proposed targeting and budget plans require dealership review. Preparing, approving or downloading a pack does not activate an advertising campaign, connect an ad account or incur advertising spend. Set and verify actual campaign settings, spending limits, platform approval and fees in the external advertising service. Export formats are AuctionSyn preparation files, not certified native campaign imports or a Google Vehicle Ads feed. No advertising performance or sales result is guaranteed. Expiring media API keys authorize their holders to read approved workspace media, including private reviewed files. Issue those keys only to authorized partners and revoke them when access should stop. Material already downloaded or published outside AuctionSyn cannot be recalled by revoking a key, changing stock status or withdrawing local approval.

Content and authorization

You retain the rights you hold in your vehicle data, photos, branding and other supplied content. You authorize Allweb and the service providers needed for your enabled workflow to receive, store, copy, resize, brand, prepare and transmit that content to operate AuctionSyn and publish it to the destinations you select. This permission is limited to providing the service and does not replace any permission or license required from the DMS provider, photographer or other rights holder. You must have authority for the data, photo downloads, derivative content and social publication you request. Review vehicle facts, captions, languages, photos, visible personal information and destination accounts before enabling publication. Do not submit unrelated customer records, finance documents, identity documents, payment-card data or content you are not entitled to use.

Posting queue and automatic publication

Importing inventory or connecting a social account alone does not authorize every post. You choose queue enrollment, publishing times, destination accounts and whether manual approval is required. If you enable automatic queue enrollment and automatic publishing with manual approval off, eligible new vehicles can join the configured schedule and be published without an individual approval for each new vehicle. Live publication also requires the relevant social account, permissions and operational checks. You are responsible for reviewing those settings and the content they authorize. Photo selection, captions and branded or generated media must be suitable for the chosen network. Turn off automation or pause publishing if the settings no longer reflect your instructions.

Changes, sold vehicles and completed posts

Changes to imported content can require a fresh review. Sold, unavailable or withdrawn vehicles can cancel future queued sends that have not been attempted. A change arriving after a send has begun may not prevent delivery. Updating a price, marking a vehicle sold, disabling a feed or deleting local data does not automatically edit or remove an existing social post. You must manage already-published content in the relevant social account and verify uncertain outcomes before retrying, to avoid duplicate posts. Delivery can be delayed or rejected by network limits, outages, invalid media or permission changes; a queue entry is not a guarantee of publication.

Vehicle information and automation

Imported details and generated descriptions may be incomplete or contain errors. They do not replace a vehicle inspection or independently verify a vehicle’s condition. Local caption generation uses structured vehicle details. Optional Google Cloud Translation can translate your chosen description text into a supported language; review the translated draft before applying it. Scheduled publishing depends on authorization, account permissions, provider availability and the service settings.

Third-party services

DMS systems, auction-data services, image hosts, social networks and optional AI or translation services are separate providers with their own terms, approvals, fees and limits. You must comply with the terms applicable to your connections and advertising. AuctionSyn is independent; a supported file profile or connection does not imply endorsement or partnership with a DMS provider or social network. Third-party changes, outages or revoked permissions can interrupt imports, photo downloads and publishing. Only configured and approved connections can be used for live delivery.

Access and pricing

Plan prices and included capacity are shown on the pricing page and in your confirmed subscription or existing agreement. Public plan prices are in USD. DMS export, onboarding, photo licensing or other provider fees, if any, are separate and must be confirmed with that provider. Optional AI usage follows the allowances and connected services for your plan. These terms do not initiate a payment, an automatic paid subscription or automatic overage charges.

Monthly vehicle import allowance

A monthly vehicle import allowance, where recorded for your plan or agreement, is shared by your dealership workspace across DMS, URL and CSV imports. A newly added vehicle uses the allowance; updates to an existing vehicle, repeat deliveries and photo retries do not use an extra import. Allowances reset on the first day of each month in UTC, including for annual plans. When the recorded limit is reached, new vehicle imports can be held or deferred while existing inventory updates continue. A reset does not guarantee immediate catch-up; a fresh delivery or retry may be required. An existing agreement with no recorded limit retains that absence until a new limit is agreed.

Cancellation and data

You may pause publishing, cancel sends that have not been attempted, turn off automatic queue enrollment, disable a DMS connection, disconnect social accounts or request account closure at support@auctionsyn.com. Cancel a provider export separately with that provider and ask integrations@auctionsyn.com to disable a managed receiving login when applicable. Content already submitted may still complete and require action in the destination network. Disabling or disconnecting alone does not erase imported vehicles, original photos, feed files or history. Our Privacy policy and Data deletion instructions explain data requests and retention; keep any business records you need before requesting deletion.
