Data deletion instructions

Request deletion from Allweb

Email support@auctionsyn.com from the email address associated with your AuctionSyn account. Use the subject “AuctionSyn data deletion request”. State whether you want to delete your Instagram connection information or your entire AuctionSyn account and workspace. Include your AuctionSyn account email and, if relevant, the connected Instagram username. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

Allweb will review your request, verify your account ownership if needed, and arrange deletion of the requested data. We will explain any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons and any backup limitations that apply. Contact the same email address to follow up on your request.

Disconnecting Instagram yourself

Sign in to AuctionSyn, open the Instagram account connection page, and use the disconnect option. This removes the stored Instagram access credentials and stops posts that have not yet been sent for publication. If a publication has an uncertain result, its status must be checked before disconnecting. You can also revoke AuctionSyn’s access through Instagram’s connected-app settings.

Disconnecting YouTube yourself

Open YouTube settings in AuctionSyn and disconnect the channel. Stored Google tokens, channel details, video identifiers, upload sessions and provider links are removed, and pending uploads stop. Own vehicle content and send-intent records remain to prevent accidental repeat uploads. You can also remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. If Google revocation cannot be confirmed, AuctionSyn tells you to remove that access yourself. Uploaded videos remain in YouTube and can be deleted through YouTube Studio.

Stopping DMS deliveries and automatic posting

Disable the inventory connection in Settings and turn off automatic queue enrollment. Pause publishing and review or cancel pending sends. Ask your DMS provider to stop its export and contact integrations@auctionsyn.com to disable any separately provisioned AuctionSyn receiving account. A send already attempted may still need its result checked. Disabling a feed does not erase its saved settings, latest delivered file, imported vehicle records, original photos, prepared content or history.

Requesting deletion of imported inventory

Email support@auctionsyn.com from your account email, identify the dealership and inventory connection, and say whether the request covers particular vehicles or the whole workspace. Specify relevant feed files, original and prepared photos, saved connection credentials, captions and publication or transfer records. Do not send transfer passwords or social tokens. We will verify authority, coordinate removal from the application and managed receiver where applicable, and explain retention or backup exceptions. Ask the source provider to remove the data or stop re-exporting it to avoid a later re-import. Removing it from AuctionSyn does not delete the source DMS record or posts already sent to a social network.

What disconnecting does not delete

Disconnecting Instagram does not delete your AuctionSyn account, imported photos, vehicle descriptions or history. Request workspace deletion by email if you want those removed. Already-published Instagram posts remain on Instagram and must be managed there.
